Returns / Refunds: Due to the nature of special events parasols and fans are not returnable or refundable. Defective product is at the discretion of Pamela's Parasols and will be exchanged only. Any claims for a defective product must be made within 7 days of delivery. All returns must have a return authorization number or they will be refused.

International Orders: For orders shipping outside US. Pamela's Parasols will compute shipping charges when we receive order then add a separate charge to your credit card when order is shipped. All customs fees, duties and taxes must be paid by customer at delivery. Customer is responsible for all charges regardless of whether they retrieve items from customs and agrees to have charges added to credit card should items be abandoned.
